Who you are:
You are a results-driven marketing professional who is motivated by getting the job done on time and on budget while making a strong contribution to the company’s growth and success. You love your work, especially the strategic and creative collaboration with your Marketing and Revenue Operations/Proposals Team colleagues and other groups across the organization. You are a team-oriented, self-starter who believes there are always better solutions to solve problems and capitalize on opportunities. Good enough is never good enough for you. As a marketer, you see the big strategic picture but realize that the devil is in the details of successfully executing business-building marketing, communications and promotional programs.

What you will be doing:
  • Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with other Marketing Team colleagues, you will help to execute and manage marketing and communications strategies that effectively engage our current and prospective plan sponsor clients and partners. The goal is to generate strong brand awareness and customer leads that can be closed by our sales team. Our clients include HR officials and other executives who manage employee benefits plans at self-insured organizations. The partners include benefits consultants/brokers/advisors who work with the plan sponsor clients to provide and help manage their employee benefits programs, including pharmacy benefits.
  • Help in creating and executing marketing/communications programs that build, expand and promote the EmpiRx Health brand as the leading clinically-driven, customer-first PBM company that helps clients substantially lower drug costs while optimizing member health outcomes.
  • Support the execution of a range of marketing and communications strategies and programs. These include email campaigns, webinars, conferences/trade shows/events, digital advertising (including paid search and SEO), website marketing, social media outreach, and public relations programs.
  • Write marketing-related content, including blogs, LinkedIn posts, brochures/pamphlets, articles, website content, press releases and marketing reports.
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to support our marketing automation activities (including Salesforce.com) to help execute email campaigns, and track marketing qualified leads. Marketing automation experience is a plus, but not a requirement for this position. We will help you learn about marketing automation as part of the job.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and sharing accurate, reliable and meaningful marketing performance data and analysis to illustrate to company colleagues the marketing team’s ongoing results and impact.
  • Help in the development, management and results tracking of EmpiRx Health’s comprehensive event marketing program.
  • Together with the Senior Marketing Manager, partner closely with Revenue Operations/Proposals, Sales, Clinical and Client Management teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns that generate leads, leverage our clinical leadership, and involve our clients as references and testimonials.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative/design team to develop industry-leading marketing and sales content, including the website, eBooks, PowerPoint presentations, articles, brochures and videos.
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and other Marketing Team colleagues to help manage marketing budgets.
  • Monitor and track relevant industry and competitive news and activities and report to teams as needed.

What you need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a related marketing role.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the pharmacy benefits management industry, employee benefits services and solutions, and/or healthcare insurance.
